These Terms govern your use of mendsupps.com ("the Site") and the sale of products through it.
The Site is operated by INSTANT GP LIMITED (company number 15894238, registered in England & Wales), trading as MendSupps. Registered office: 30 Stratford Road, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5LW, United Kingdom.
By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet that requirement. Our products are food supplements intended for adult use.
3. Products
We sell food supplements. The product information on the Site (including ingredients, claims and any clinical context) is for general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a health condition.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately, but minor variations in colour, packaging or imagery may occur. The actual product supplied is described on the label.
4. Placing an order
- Add products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Provide accurate delivery and payment details.
- Review your order summary before confirming.
- Confirming the order is your offer to buy.
- We accept your offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. At that point a contract is formed between you and us.
We may decline an order (e.g. if stock is unavailable, payment fails, or we suspect fraud). If we decline we'll refund any payment taken and won't charge you anything further.
5. Price and payment
- All prices are in GBP (£) and shown inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
- We may correct genuine pricing errors at any time before we accept your order. If the correct price is materially higher than what was displayed we'll contact you before processing.
- Payment is taken at the time you confirm the order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription products are charged on the schedule shown at checkout. By starting a subscription you authorise us (via our payment processor) to take recurring payment from your nominated method until you cancel.
- You can change frequency, skip, pause or cancel at any time via your account or by emailing support@mendsupps.com.
- Cancellation must be received at least 3 working days before the next renewal date to prevent the next charge.
- Refunds for already-shipped subscription orders are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy.
- Prepaid commitment plans (e.g. 3-month, 6-month) bill the full amount upfront and ship as a single order.

Delivery times, costs and rights are set out in our Shipping Policy.
8. Your statutory rights and our returns policy
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for most online purchases. Full details and how to exercise these rights are in our Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any unlawful or fraudulent way
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any account
- Interfere with the operation of the Site (e.g. via malware, automated scraping, denial of service)
- Reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit our content without our written permission
All content on the Site (text, images, branding) is owned by or licensed to INSTANT GP LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws.
10. Accounts
If you create an account you're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use. We can suspend or close an account if these Terms are breached.
11. Our liability to you
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law (including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for defective products).
Subject to that, we are not liable for any business loss (such as loss of profit, business interruption or loss of business opportunity), nor for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
These provisions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Events outside our control
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations where caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. supplier failure, carrier strikes, severe weather). If such an event affects your order we'll contact you as soon as practical and you can cancel for a full refund of anything not yet delivered.
13. Privacy
Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force when you placed it. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we both agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer and we can't sort out a dispute together, you can also escalate to a relevant UK Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We are happy to discuss any complaint at support@mendsupps.com first.
